UCAL is pleased to present Parade Camp, An Animal Art Adventure

The University City Arts League is pleased to present Parade Camp, An Animal Art Adventure, a program of the Spiral Q Puppet Theater, July 7-August 1 of 2008. We are currently accepting registrations for the camp; June 27 will be the deadline to enroll.

Spiral Q and the Arts League have put together an exciting program in which students will explore parade arts inspired by the animal kingdom. A creative force in the city of Philadelphia, Spiral Q is known for its colorful community-focused parades that feature larger-than-life puppets. Campers will have opportunities to make musical instruments from found objects, parade flags, and giant puppets.

The camp will take place at the Arts League, 4226 Spruce St. in West Philadelphia. Please download the brochure (see link below) for more information and for an enrollment form.
