“Enchanting Holiday Story Comes to Life in Dance”

Join the Gwendolyn Bye Dance Center as they present their magical production of Holiday Dances featuring The Angel of Christmas, at the University of Pennsylvania’s Iron Gate Theater, 3700 Chestnut Street on Friday December 14, at 10:00amSaturday December 15, at 7:30pm.

Choreographed by Jorge Laico, The Angel of Christmas tells an enchanting story of hope for Christmas. Watch dancers skating through jumps and turns and see the miracle of a young girl that only Christmas can bring. Complete with, prancing reindeer, angels and children dancing around a Christmas tree, this the story will unfold in front of colorful holiday decorations and imaginative costumes that add to the festivities. To complete this holiday production, the program will also include Dancefusion’s fusion2 in Holiday Dances a medley of dancing Lords and Ladies choreographed by artistic director Gwendolyn Bye.
