Modern meets Classic Middle Eastern Dinner at Marigold Kitchen, Sept 27th

Blending Modern ideas with Classic concepts can sometimes be tricky, unless of course you are Executive Chef Michael Solomonov. On Thursday, September 27th Chef Solomonov, a two-time James Beard dinner host, will hold a Modern meets Classic Middle Eastern dinner at his home away from home, Marigold Kitchen BYOB. Inspired by Michael's recent trek to Israel & Turkey, Marigold will be offering a three course meal & dessert for just $50.

FIRST COURSE

MODERN & CLASSIC MEZZE
Eggplant salad, chopped Israeli salad with quail eggs & white anchovies, tuna carpaccio stuffed with tabouleh, & mussels cooked with spiced basmati rice

SECOND COURSE

BRAISED SWORDFISH WITH SHAKSHOUKA (classic tomato stew) & POACHED EGG

THIRD COURSE

SMOKED LOIN OF LAMB WITH STEWED PRUNES & FLAVORED WITH ZA'ATAR

DESSERT

PEACH, PEACH, PEACH
Peach sorbet with peach salad, peach mousse, & peach cobbler with labneh ice cream
